Our technology

24h Core

24h Core is our media distribution platform consisting of a number of servers clustered at different locations in the network. The system behind the media platform is based on our own developed software with its main features of advanced Peer-To-Peer communication, Live Streaming and DRM implementations.

Particularly our DRM implementation is one of the most advanced implementations in the market. It is based on the two industry standards AES and TLS with encryptions of all media files with multiple keys trough out the entire media distribution.

24h Core is particularly developed for secure delivery of media files in combination with our own media player 24h Tube and DRM implementation 24h Secure. However, 24h Core is also developed for other media players such as ”Flash”, mobile devices  etc.

 24h Tube

24h Tube is a Peer-To-Peer and DRM application software developed for end user devices and platforms such as PC and mobile phones. It is also being developed for other platforms such as Set-Top-Boxes, Game Consoles and TV Sets. 24h Tube is particularly developed for our own media distribution platform 24h Core.

 24h Secure

24h Secure is our own unique DRM-solution which is an integrated part of 24h Core and 24h Tube. The DRM technology protects the content owner from illegal copying of media files which are particularly useful when using the Internet.

24h Secure protects the content from being illegally copied at the end user device storage, at the central server and during the network transmission independant on other network security features such as VLAN etc. 24h secure protects all media files with multiple keys in order to ensure the security. 24h Secure is based on the two industrial standards AES and TLS maximizing the protection. In addion, all encryption is done in realtime. This means that the system can be used for delivering live content, such as Live Streaming, in a secure way to the content owner.

The encryption key is handed over to a end user device in a safe TLS-tunnel which only works after a successfull identification at 24h Core. Each key is unique and linked to a specific user, which the content owner or media distributor can block at anytime. It is not possible to use an individual key on a different computer than was first approved by the content owner. Keys may be generated in real time for secure Live Streaming services. Neither media files nor keys are stored locally on the end user device making it impossible to copy. The client device always have to ask the associated central server, 24h Core for an approval before getting access to the specific media file. All these features together shapes one of the most advanced DRM implementations in the market.
