Significant events during the second quarter:

• Organizational change, where Sten Persson chose to resign as CEO and Jonas Litborn took office.
• Completed and registrated rights offering of 1 242 540 SEK
• Annual meeting resolved, inter alia, that the company may issue new maximum of 28 million shares and 10 milion warrants.

Significant events after the second quarter:

• Perform direct placement of 3.3 million SEK.
• Performed acquisition of IPMovers AB
